Job Description


Customer Service Executive

  • 6 Days Mon-Fri = 7am to 4pm, may OT till 6pm & Sat = 7am to 3pm
  • Location: Chin Bee Crescent, Singapore (Boon Lay MRT)
  • Basic: $2800 + AWS (depending on the qualifications & experience)
  • Boon Lay | Customer Service | SAP | Food Manufacturing | Frozen Food | Sales Coordinator | Sales Support
The candidate will be responsible for attending to customer requests that can range from attending to phone calls on product availability, request for pricing, coordinating with sales team and work with production for build to order items, exports up to the fulfilment of orders from the warehouse team and last mile delivery to customer. On top of these roles, customer service personnel would be required to do office administrative work like filing, updates on pricing and support the e-commerce teams.

:
  • Use SAP to enter orders, issue pick list, issue invoice and some Report
  • Use associated information system to coordinate & control the cycle
  • Work with Sales Team for any shortage of product
  • Work with Production Team for any product allocation
  • Work with Finance Team to confirm the payment received
  • Work with Warehouse Team to ensure the customer requirement and stock availability etc
  • Work with IT Team to ensure the issue raise up and resolved
  • Work with various team to ensure customer orders are processed on time and accurately
  • Administrative work like filing, updates on pricing and support the E-commerce Teams
  • Attend Calls & Email order or Enquiries
