Job Summary:

Looking for a driven individual who like to pursue a career in the banking industry. You\'ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in financial controlling of business unit and supporting business activities.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.

Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from customers to understand customers\' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.

• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Wide range of banking related products (CPF/SRS, housing loans, auto loans, interest rates, deposits etc.)

Requirements:

• Possess any Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• O lvl/N lvl with relevant service experience like hospitality/f&b/aviation is welcomed as well.
• Must be comfortable with call Centre environment
• Comfortable with desk bound role.
• Must be prepared to cross-sell.
