- Perform frontline customer service support.
- Reply email enquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic\'s protocol.
- Securing appointments and scheduling of aesthetic appointments in the calendar.
- Reply to enquiries via other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp
- Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.
- Relevant frontline customer service experience
- Personable and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work on weekends and PH
- Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, reasons for leaving and executive summary etc.) and the expected package.
