Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attending to customer's enquiry via various modes (e.g. Phone call/ walk-in/ E-mail)
- Promoting and educating customers on our programmes
- Follow-up / inform customers and students of any upcoming programmes
- Handling of various modes of payments (e.g. MasterCard/ Visa/ NETS/ Cheque/ Cash)
- Tracking and maintenance of student attendance
- Assist in coordination and allocation of students and classes
- Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary
- Relevant working experience is needed.
