Job Description


  • Location: Ubi / Macpherson
  • 5 working days : Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Freight, shipping or customer service experience is preferred
Job Responsibilities
  • Managing Shipment Schedules and update customers for their shipment details.
  • Process and Generate Shipping Invoices and DO
  • Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries
  • Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
  • Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, noting discrepancies.
  • Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or at least 3 years of working experience in the related Customer Service
