Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary range: $2,000 to $2,500 Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm) Location: Changi s and Requirements: * Handle document Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary range: $2,000 to $2,500 Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm) Location: Changi s and Requirements: Handle documents, bookings, bill of landing (BL) for freight forwarding both air and sea Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers / warehouse to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent level of customer service by attend to customers email/call inquiry Proficient in MS office Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
