Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary range: $2000 to $2500 Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 0900 to 1800 hours) Location: Changi s and Requirements: * Handle do Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary range: $2000 to $2500 Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 0900 to 1800 hours) Location: Changi s and Requirements: Handle documents, bookings, bill of landing (BL) for freight forwarding both air and sea Liaise & co-ordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers / warehouse to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent level of customer service by attend to customers email/call inquiry Proficient in MS office Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
