Working Hours
8.45AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday) 9.30AM - 12PM (Alternate Saturdays)
The Challenges
Handling Consol and Taobao shipments Liaising with both consignees and oversees agents through multiple channels Managing and tracking shipments effectively Handle shipping documents to ensure smooth transition of shipments (BL, Airway Bill, Customs forms)
What it Takes
Possess 1-2 years of relevant freight forwarding / shipping experience Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with freight management systems. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and follow-up skills. Willing to work extended hours when required to meet shipment deadlines
