Customer Service Executive (freight Forwarding)

Job Description

Handle customer and agent enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently. Coordinate carrier negotiations, bookings, and cargo logistics. Track sailing schedules and monitor cargo status. Arrange trucking, stuffing, and related operations. Prepare comprehensive shipping documents for export and import (FCL, LCL, cross-trade, air freight). Assist with BL, COO, cargo insurance, PM4, SI, MSDS, and other shipment paperwork. Liaise with carriers and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution. Facilitate customs clearance and necessary permits. Issue pre-alert documents and invoices to customers promptly. Collaborate with accounts for carrier payments and verify vendor invoices. Report cargo issues and follow up for resolution. Support sales and operational activities as needed. Assist in job closure, billing, and documentation. Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
