Job Description

Customer Service (Import / Export) : . Oversees daily shipments/enquiries/LCL consolidation/FCL shipments . Liaise with customer on operation issues. . Import/Export consolidation pl Customer Service (Import / Export) : . Oversees daily shipments/enquiries/LCL consolidation/FCL shipments . Liaise with customer on operation issues. . Import/Export consolidation planning . Dangerous goods applications . Import and export documents & liaising with overseas agent . Responding customer queries. . Verify Overseas & Contractors' invoices . Invoice billing . Rates negotiation with Carrier &Co-loader . Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments. . Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others) . Send BL and invoice to shipper and arrange telex release upon payment . Check and follow up shipment status . Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking. . Liase with consignee / shipper on import shipment's arrangements. . Send / fax arrival notice to consignee and arrange collection / delivery of cargoes. Other information: Working days: 5 days Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
