The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with one leading European global logistics provider to support the expansion to hire an experienced professional for Customer Service Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for driving client growth in specific verticals, overseeing commercial partnerships for business account profitability while ensuring operational compliance with client SOPs.

The Job:

• The point of contact for clients within the vertical
• Analyze customer inquiries and gather necessary information from various departments to prepare proposals or quotations for customers
• Acquire shipment details and paperwork from clients to arrange shipments, including booking space, arranging pickups, and handling special requests like oversized, hazardous, or urgent cargo, coordinating with vendors as needed
• Prepare shipment and customs clearance documentation and distribute it to all relevant parties for cases that require project-specific standards
• Compile shipment and customs clearance documents adhering to project-specific standards, ensuring timely release to all concerned parties
• Create and analyze periodic consolidated reports and statistics, where applicable, to review jobs and identify areas for improvement
• Investigate and resolve various complaints, general inquiries, and invoicing issues from external and internal customers.

The Talent:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Sea & Air Freight Forwarding industry is preferred
• Strong planning, analytical, customer-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
