Job Description



  • Our client is a local beauty clinic that provides non-invasive aesthetic solutions and slimming services. The incumbent will be expected to fulfill front desk duties.

    \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
    • Perform frontline customer service support.
    • Reply to email inquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s protocol.
    • Securing appointments and scheduling aesthetic appointments in the calendar.
    • Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the front counter.
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager.
  • Requirement


    \xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in frontline customer service support positions. (Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries would be a plus.)
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Working Hour

    10:00 ~ 20:00
