Our client is a local beauty clinic that provides non-invasive aesthetic solutions and slimming services. The incumbent will be expected to fulfill front desk duties.
\xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
Perform frontline customer service support.
Reply to email inquiries and answer telephone calls in a professional manner based on the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s protocol.
Securing appointments and scheduling aesthetic appointments in the calendar.
Perform cashiering and administrative duties like registering patients, traffic control, and stock taking.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the clinic manager.
Requirement
\xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91
Minimum 3 years of experience in frontline customer service support positions. (Experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industries would be a plus.)
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to operate basic computer software like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Working Hour
10:00 ~ 20:00
