Attending to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and complaints.
Channel cases to respective staff for follow up
Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests such as quotations, invoices, rates reduction, promotions, notice of termination, compensation, etc
Implement appreciation programs such as seminars, events, rewards programs as value-added service to customers.
Sourcing for corporate gifts and souvenirs.
Maintenance of company\xe2\x80\x99s website.
Ad-hoc related duties.
Requirements
Diploma in Computer/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies.
2 years of relevant working experience in customer service field.
IT Savvy and good knowledge of software applications.
E-commerce skills and knowledge
