Location: Jurong East 5 Days Work Week Responsibilities
  • Attending to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and complaints.
  • Channel cases to respective staff for follow up
  • Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests such as quotations, invoices, rates reduction, promotions, notice of termination, compensation, etc
  • Implement appreciation programs such as seminars, events, rewards programs as value-added service to customers.
  • Sourcing for corporate gifts and souvenirs.
  • Maintenance of company\xe2\x80\x99s website.
  • Ad-hoc related duties.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer/ Mass Communications/ Business Studies.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service field.
  • IT Savvy and good knowledge of software applications.
  • E-commerce skills and knowledge
