Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator/ Logistics Coordinator
Working Location: East (Kaki Bukit/ Changi Airfreight Centre)
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm; Sat, 9 am - 1 pm, will change to 5.25 days after probation)
Salary: Basic + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer shipment requirements and provide exceptional service.
Achieve budget targets for Sales and Agency Traffic.
Enforce proper work procedures and company regulations within the team.
Maintain and update all essential sales tools and information.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand sales.
Handle debt collection by collecting outstanding debts and addressing disputes or issues with Freight.
Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.

At least GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level and above
Minimum 1 year of related working experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Proficiency in MS Office
Able to work on Saturdays (half day).
