Looking for an outgoing individual to support customer service and retail operations. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Attend to customer enquiries and schedule appointments for retail department.
Track customer reviews and progress of retail staff
Communicate, implement and ensure compliance of retail operations and/or marketing procedures in store.
Resolve any operations related issues.
Support frontline when required in urgent times of understaffing.
Liase with vendors with regards to any operations/maintenance needs in store
Assist operations manager in manpower planning and retail staff training.
