Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution of clients' requirements across departments.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment statuses, inquiries, and service requests.
Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
Comply with internal SOPs and service standards, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
