Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
  • Handle queries from walk-in customers
  • Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
  • Escalating complex queries for superior\xe2\x80\x99s intervention
  • Engaging customer in change management campaigns
  • Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customers
  • Submit daily report in a timely manner
Period:
  • 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
Location:
  • Depot Road
Working hours:
  • Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm
Salary:
  • Up to $3000 + PB
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Diploma Holders
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
  • Meticulous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result oriented
