Customer Experience Executive Salary: $2,300 -$2,500 + OT Working Days: 5.5 Days Working Location: Orchard / Sentosa / Tanjong Pagar s: * Ensure that customer experience excelle Customer Experience Executive Salary: $2,300 -$2,500 + OT Working Days: 5.5 Days Working Location: Orchard / Sentosa / Tanjong Pagar s: Ensure that customer experience excellence is delivered within the business, culture and values Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on to our space Answering phone calls and perform service calls Respond to all requests in a timely manner, including knowing products, knowing services and being ambassadors for the space Resolve disputes and issues with residents and customers and take ownership of feedback Ensure customers are retained on company's platform To perform shift duties including and not limited to collecting payment Ensure that the reception desk is professionally always manned and keep the desk neat and tidy Ensure that the whole space is well maintained, and that appropriate SOPs and internal processes are being followed Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time.
