Working Location: Pasir PanjangRoles & Responsibilities
Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
Coordinate with operation team to ensure a smooth operations.
Respond to email at all times.
Promote excellent customer service to build strong relationship and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
Will be provided training to do reports for superior.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
