Job Description


  • Working hours: 5.5 days
  • Mon-Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm
Working Location: Pasir PanjangRoles & Responsibilities
  • Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
  • Coordinate with operation team to ensure a smooth operations.
  • Respond to email at all times.
  • Promote excellent customer service to build strong relationship and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
  • Will be provided training to do reports for superior.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
  • At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
  • Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
