Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
  • Assisting customers with their enquirers and needs
  • Support with any events and promotional activities whenever required
  • Assist with GST Claims, sale of vouchers or card member queries
Requirements:
  • Minimum O level and above.
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge is a must.
  • Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition
  • Min 2 years experience in front line, retail or customer service job /environment is highly preferred
  • 2-3 years Experience in hospitality reception experience in Hotel/Tourism/Retail Services industry will be an advantage.
  • 5 days work week, 8hrs 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
