Job Description

• Position: Customer Service Executive
• Salary: $1,600 - $2,300
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working hours: 5.5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
• Build a strong relationship with customer.
• Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
• Ensure customer\'s requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
• Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
• Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
• Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
• Do reports that required from Superior, training provided.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
• Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
