JOB DESCRIPTION:




\xe2\x80\xa2 Delighting the Customer

\xe2\x80\xa2 Main communication window and support on Customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests and feedback.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare quotations and acknowledges customer\xe2\x80\x99s orders

\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare order entry forms and maintain all contract review records

\xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with customer/vendor/ internal departments concerning the status of customer\xe2\x80\x99s sample, projects or delivery.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Receives consigned stock and co-ordinate with production to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s delivery.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor Customer\xe2\x80\x99s forecast and communicate internally to Sales and Planning department.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Stock take of Customer consigned materials.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor all our daily shipment activities to ensure smooth deliveries.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Receives customer complaint and liaise with QC team to provide corrective action and respond to customer diplomatically and promptly.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare customer shipment documents

\xe2\x80\xa2 Enable to support customer with daily production, output report

\xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with Customer on Financial matters (i.e. Monitoring monthly payment schedule)

\xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / GCE \'O\' Level \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years relevant experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-Oriented Attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants with Engineering background is an added advantage
