JOB DESCRIPTION:




Delighting the Customer

Main communication window and support on Customers requests and feedback.

Prepare quotations and acknowledges customers orders

Prepare order entry forms and maintain all contract review records

Liaise with customer/vendor/ internal departments concerning the status of customers sample, projects or delivery.

Receives consigned stock and co-ordinate with production to meet customers delivery.

Monitor Customers forecast and communicate internally to Sales and Planning department.

Stock take of Customer consigned materials.

Monitor all our daily shipment activities to ensure smooth deliveries.

Receives customer complaint and liaise with QC team to provide corrective action and respond to customer diplomatically and promptly.

Prepare customer shipment documents

Enable to support customer with daily production, output report

Follow up with Customer on Financial matters (i.e. Monitoring monthly payment schedule)

Diploma / GCE \'O\' Level Minimum 2 years relevant experience Customer-Oriented Attitude Applicants with Engineering background is an added advantage
