Responsible to support the Company and Sales Team by providing support functions such as:
order processing
handling enquiries
conducting of telemarketing activities to promote Company\xe2\x80\x99s range of products
In the course of your interaction with various customers, you are expected to gather market information to assist the Company in formulating marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities
Coordinate all pre & post sales activities to managers and sales personnel that contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
Prepare quotations, process orders, monitor customer orders, record keeping, coordinate and co-operate with other team members to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation.
Attend to walk in customers for sales, service and or warranty issues.
Provide customers with necessary product information.
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by available media or means.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
Build lasting customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact.
Identify new business opportunities via telemarketing activities or direct mail programs.
