Be accountable for overall Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction rate. Handle and resolve our patient\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner. Make appropriate recommendation to patient on suitable treatments. Perform administrative front-desk matters. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Preferably 2 years of experience in similar capacity. Strong ability to communicate well with people from all walks of life. We welcome those without prior experience as well.
