Retail working hours @ City Hall area

Responsibilities
  • Perform all retail store duties
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests
  • Record corresponding mails and documents
  • Respond to customers promptly and professionally
  • Follow up on the necessary paperwork
  • Impart usage of products to customers
  • Maintain showroom\'s standard, condition & product display
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE \'N\' / \'O\' Level / ITE
  • Preferably with prior admin or customer service experience but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
  • Possess a service-oriented personality and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of people
  • Sociable personality and good customer-oriented attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin preferred (need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
