Objectives: To be able to utilise interpersonal and organisational skills to achieve After Market\'s goals that primarily focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience through a timely and professional approach, while being expedient, collaborative and solutions oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all customer inquiries and complaints and assist in effective resolution
  • Coordinate with customers on their requests and ensure optimal level of customer service
  • Provide proactive after sales support for new / existing customers
  • Update of contract details on CRM tool
  • Creation of work orders upon successful order close
  • Scheduling of field engineer and follow up of service deliveries as well as renewal of contracts
  • Handling of field engineer schedule, flight and hotel arrangement and other travelling matters
  • Facilitate in the exchange of ideas / feedback / concerns of field personnel
  • Be effectively communicative with the team and work together on finding solutions
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for new machine deliveries
  • Place orders for after market spare parts and arrange for installation / delivery to the customers
  • Receive customer enquiries and provide quotation on pricing, availability, order, and shipment status
  • Prepare training agenda, training notes and materials and coordinate scheduling of training classes for distributors and customers
  • Maintain products brochure, by keeping current with supply
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned
Education and/or Experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Sales & marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 customer related experience
  • Good work knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
  • A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties to maintain and exceed the expected service level where required
