Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and high-quality service experience.
  • Proactively identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and attend to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
  • Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Enrolment team and provide regular feedback and insights to increase enrolment and retain students.
  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure proper check-in management is practised at the centres.
  • Assist with crowd management during peak periods.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and positive-minded
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required to work on one weekend per week (either Sat or Sun)
  • Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
