Job Description



  • To ensure smooth transactions and coordination of order processing
between sales, production, and logistics.

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of order processing (e.g. Sales
orders, Refill orders, Consignment orders, Samples requests & Transfer orders, etc)
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed
promptly and accurately into the system on the same working day.
  • Assist Sales Managers in updating prices, sales conditions,
information, contracts and etc. in SalesForce System whenever necessary
  • Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers
  • Coordinates with Logistics Team closely to ensure on-time delivery
and provide a complete set of required documents to the customer promptly.
  • Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payments
  • Handles customer requests on technical documents, shipping
documents, etc.
  • Works with Commercial and Technical teams to handle customer
complaints by providing complaint details, order information, coordinating returns, credits, replacements, etc.
  • Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by
CS manager
  • Follow company procedures and policies

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent. 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Good organization skills and a team player.
