We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Service Executive AKA Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front image of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Jobs Description

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Supporting Directors and colleagues in other functions in managing existing partner relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by acting as a point of contact for partners.
  • Carries out team administrative procedures for example purchase requisitions etc.
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Prepare sales agreement and ensuring clients endorsed and acknowledged
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Always looking to improvise strategy to run a lucrative business
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Manage and update client\xe2\x80\x99s data daily
  • Ensure client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction by delivering quality services
Requirements and skills
  • Preferred Diploma and Degree holder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Emboldened by challenges
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
