- Customer Service Executive position
- You will be answering phone calls, replying to emails, liaising with our clients to schedule in appointments for doctors.
- Discharging patients from the facility
- Connecting with clients via a variety of platforms eg livechat, email, social media etc
- This will involve after hours work. You will be required to answer calls after working hours especially over the weekends.
- You will need to possess EXCELLENT customer service skills.
- Those with a working knowledge of dentistry will have an advantage. But your work ethic and customer service skills are more significant.
- The position requires you to perform shift work. Specifically, 1 weekend day and some evening sessions during the week. You must be able to perform shift work for this position. Kindly refrain from applying if you are looking for an office hours position
- Willingness to learn, treating clients with care and an enthusiastic approach are keys to this position
