Job Description


Job Scope

  • Taking Phone calls and Enquiry
  • Processing Order and preparing Invoice
  • Liasing with Supplier and Customer
  • Other Administrative Work
  • Ad hoc jobs may also be assigned

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to relate well with people at different levels
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing
  • Being able to be proactive and self-motivated

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
8pm to 5pm
  • Alternative Saturday
7am to 1pm
