Job Description


:


  • Handle first level enquiries, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email and WhatsApp
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Be the primary point of contact with a focus on parent liaison, and respond to their enquiries promptly and accurately relating to programmes, class schedules and concerns
  • Work with supporting departments to collate information relating to enquiries from parents
  • Engage in conflict resolution and handle complaints as the main point of contact
