Responsible for ticketing, customer service and event coordination.
Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for Corporate Team Building, School Visit, Birthday Party and etc.
Coordinate with food and beverage (F&B) and other relevant departments on organising upcoming events
Carry out walk-in and appointment type of site inspection for Corporate, School, Travel Agents, Family & Friends (Birthday Party) and Media / Video Shooting Enquiries.
Assist walk-in customer
Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department by suggesting improvement wherever needed.

Requirements:
Fluent in written and verbal English.
At least 2-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in coordinating events and experience in customer service
Computer-literate, particularly with emails, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Willing to work in Sentosa Island
