Job Description


s:

  • Responsible for ticketing, customer service and event coordination.
  • Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for Corporate Team Building, School Visit, Birthday Party and etc.
  • Coordinate with food and beverage (F&B) and other relevant departments on organising upcoming events
  • Carry out walk-in and appointment type of site inspection for Corporate, School, Travel Agents, Family & Friends (Birthday Party) and Media / Video Shooting Enquiries.
  • Assist walk-in customer
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department by suggesting improvement wherever needed.
  • To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that KidZania\xe2\x80\x99s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times Create and maintain records / documentations with accurate

Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • At least 2-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in coordinating events and experience in customer service
  • Computer-literate, particularly with emails, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to work in Sentosa Island
