We are looking for 4 Temp Executives on a 4-months contract basis (Jan-Apr 2024) to support the Dept of Student Services, Customer Relations Unit. Submit your application now!

What you will be working on:

You will be part of the dynamic team in

  • Delivering quality customer service at SP\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Relations Unit, including managing public queries mainly via phone and written channels.
  • Working with stakeholders for resolutions or implement service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Candidates with no prior experience, but have a passion for service delivery may also apply
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented and adept at problem solving
  • Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others
  • Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary:

$2,000 - $2,200 per month
