Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, Saturday, 8 am - 12 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + VB

Key Responsibilities
Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveries
Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvements
Monitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through with the new process
Attend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholders
Review the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence

Minimum GCE \'N/O\' Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful troubleshooting and problem resolution
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates with prior experience with Microsoft Navision and WMS will be advantageous
