Job Description


  • Manage customer orders to ensure timely delivery and efficient shipment arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and logistics.
  • Promptly address customer concerns related to purchases and deliveries.
  • Ensure timely shipments, including urgent orders, and resolve any conflicts.
  • Input and acknowledge customer purchase orders promptly.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics, resolving issues with transporters and warehouses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prevent overdue orders and arrange prompt deliveries.
  • Communicate delivery dates and special requirements to customers, ensuring order fulfillment.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma holder and above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in order fulfilment/processing is a must
