Job Description


We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who possesses excellent communication skills since you will be speaking directly with customers. Also, you must have a strong understanding of Big Ass Fans products and services to address customer questions and liaise with Internal and external stakeholders. You should also have a pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile customers and need to work in a fast-paced environment also committed to contributing a positive impact on company social media review rating. Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f 70% - Handling Customer\xe2\x80\x99s Enquiries/Issues/Complaints; Manage customer incoming phone calls and understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and flow to achieve satisfaction. \xe2\x97\x8f 30% - Coordinate and responsible for end-to-end service and order management that includes service fulfilment, job scheduling, order processing, coordination with contractors, return and payment liaison with internal and external stakeholders. \xe2\x97\x8f Explaining the best solution to solve the problem and take the extra mile to engage customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Meet personal/customer service team KPI and call handling quotas. \xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed \xe2\x97\x8f Assist Operations Manager on how to develop lean mindset and lean oriented processes to improve efficiency/automation and standardize work and execution of lean oriented activities. Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Diploma holder or equivalent in a related field preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a customer Service Officer related role and basic technical background preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Solid experience and understanding of CRM practices and solutions (Salesforce / SAP preferred). \xe2\x97\x8f Should possess a track record of longevity in their previous roles. \xe2\x97\x8f Possesses excellent communication, process improvement, organization, and detail- oriented approach to problem-solving skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to multitask, handle high volume of enquiries/ orders, and able work under a fast- paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Benefits:
