Customer Service Executive - Full Time We\'re looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.
  • You will be in charge of attending to customer\'s emails
  • Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customers\' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and process customer\'s exchanges and returns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Min education: Diploma preferred
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Able to work independently
  • Minimum commitment of one year
  • Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $2,300.00 per month Benefits:
