Job Description


s:

  • Assist in document coordination with customers and business partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the customer service team, operation, and sales team
  • Other adhoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • O\'Level/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Business Studies / Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience
  • Confident telephone manner to speak with customers
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn, and have good time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month Education:
  • GCE \'O\' Level or GCE \'N\' Level (Required)
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
