Job Description
HiArt is Singapore\'s leading children art enrichment centre for children aged 2.5 years old to adult. We are recruiting customer service oriented front desk receptionists. : \xc2\xb7 Attend to walk-in customers
\xc2\xb7 Handle phone and email enquiries
\xc2\xb7 Handle student enrolment matters
\xc2\xb7 Collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
\xc2\xb7 Support daily centre operations
\xc2\xb7 Other administrative tasks Requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented
\xc2\xb7 Pleasant working attitude
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Attentive to details and meticulous in following up on customers\' requests
\xc2\xb7 Experience with customer service will be an added bonus
\xc2\xb7 Full coaching will be provided Working Days and Hours:
\xc2\xb7 Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week) Benefits:
