Customer Service Executive - Urgent

Job Responsibilities:
- Help managing current and new customer accounts and invoicing
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and customers
- Solving customer problems and help resolve issues
- Prepare shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
- Minimum 1 year experience needed
