Answering phone calls and emails from exhibitors and visitors and resolving their queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Providing information about our fair, such as dates, venues, registration, fees, transportation, accommodation, etc.
Processing applications, payments, refunds, and cancellations, and ensuring exhibitor and visitor satisfaction throughout the process.
Maintaining accurate records of exhibitor and visitor interactions, feedback, and transactions, and reporting any issues or trends to the management.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and fair success.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A diploma or degree in any field, preferably with some experience in customer service or exhibition industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Cantonese is a plus.
A positive attitude, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
The ability to travel frequently to different markets and regions.
