Job Description
Our Client:
Our client provides International Freight Transportation which they provide one stop solution for all customers such as Ocean, Air, Custom Brokerage, Warehousing, and Inland Transportation. They are actively looking for a Customer Service Executive to facilitate the customers' needs .
The Responsibilities:
- Handle booking from customer and input cargo details on the booking list
- Attend email/call inquiry from overseas agents and shipper on various requirements and rates
- Connect & input all transhipment cargo to respective ports for export
- Prepare shipping LCL, FCL documentation
- Coordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
- Liaise & coordinate with carriers / customers / suppliers / Warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
- Preferably with min 'O' level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Preferably with at least 2 years relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Good interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette skills
