Job Description

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

Attend inbound calls Attend to email enquiries Attend to call-back requests from customers Ensure follow-up on escalated cases Perform investigation for cases Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:



Proficient in English Basic MS office knowledge - Words & Excel A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $13.00 - $19.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
