Roles & Responsibilities :

• Effectively support the department in actively managing Risk & Compliance matters/ initiatives.
• Perform Anti Money Laundering (AML) and other risk-related screenings for all outgoing payments, accordance to the company’s guidelines and in compliant to all regulatory requirements.
• Perform department risk and controls assessment to identify process gaps and implement effective controls.
• Reporting of incidents or issues timely and work with stakeholders to remediate.
• Be the main liaison to follow up with customers. Establish communication with customers through verbal interviews, conduct joint calls with other stakeholders, sending letters, etc.
• Maintenance and reporting of flagged cases and uncrossed payments. Perform daily reconciliation of payments to Finance. Work with Finance team to reconcile and prepare transaction reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in audit and compliance relevant to insurance/ financial industry.
• Good understanding of regulations, insurance business and operations.
• Team player, proactive, and possess good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Pleasant disposition with good communication and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
