  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quality service
  • Handle complaints promptly to improve customer satisfaction
  • Record and analyze feedback, suggesting improvements
Order Management
  • Process orders, ensuring accurate information
  • Coordinate with couriers for timely and accurate deliveries
  • Manage order changes and cancellations, maintaining clear communication
Data Recording
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Regularly summarize service data to support business decisions
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer needs
  • Participate in team training and meetings to enhance service quality
RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma or aboveExperienceCustomer service experience preferredSkills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities; patient and detail-oriented; able to handle urgent situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
