Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service to liaise with our customers, internal and external partners in logistics industry.
What Will You Do
- To be responsible for all import discrepancies.
- To handle customer enquiries and complaints and feedbacks.
- To liaise with carriers, overseas agents, airlines.
- All emails to be replied in a timely manner but not later than end of business day.
- To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint determining.
- To be responsible for all import shipments to be handed to 3rd party delivery.
- To ensure weekly KPI is met.
- To handle under shipments.
- To update network offices.
- To assist with Export process.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- Must have at least an "O" level or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Courier, Express, E-Commerce industry or equivalent.
- Entry level is welcome.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
