In-charge of customers\' order processing and shipping arrangement for APAC region
Attend to customers\' enquiries on order or shipping status and ensure good customer service is delivered
Work closely with factory, sales office and customers on their respective orders and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery
Preparation of import and export documentations for custom clearence
Assist in process and productivity improvement
Responsible for dispute and claims issues with insurance company
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of order processing and international shipping experience
Prior working experience working in US MNC and Asia Pacific/ Regional Hub would be an added advantage
