Job Description
Responsibilities
- In-charge of customers\' order processing and shipping arrangement for APAC region
- Attend to customers\' enquiries on order or shipping status and ensure good customer service is delivered
- Work closely with factory, sales office and customers on their respective orders and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery
- Preparation of import and export documentations for custom clearence
- Assist in process and productivity improvement
- Responsible for dispute and claims issues with insurance company
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of order processing and international shipping experience
- Prior working experience working in US MNC and Asia Pacific/ Regional Hub would be an added advantage
