Job Description





Responsibilities

  • In-charge of customers\' order processing and shipping arrangement for APAC region
  • Attend to customers\' enquiries on order or shipping status and ensure good customer service is delivered
  • Work closely with factory, sales office and customers on their respective orders and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparation of import and export documentations for custom clearence
  • Assist in process and productivity improvement
  • Responsible for dispute and claims issues with insurance company
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of order processing and international shipping experience
  • Prior working experience working in US MNC and Asia Pacific/ Regional Hub would be an added advantage
