The job entails overseeing the daily operations of removal and international relocation services, ensuring timely shipment execution. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate with Sales representatives, vendors, co-loaders, and carriers to fulfill shipment requirements. - Provide optimal logistical solutions to customers. - Ensure the maintenance of the system database to manage carrier relationships, performance, contractual and volume commitments, rates, and service levels. - Analyse contractual commitments, customer specifications, and other data to develop logistics arrangements and activities. - Conduct performance analysis of freight and customs service providers through KPI reporting tools and exception reporting. - Meet volume and revenue targets in freight forwarder sales channels. - Leverage the company\'s robust worldwide business scale to identify revenue opportunities from the Singapore office. - Conduct periodic service reviews and benchmarking competitive rates. - Create and oversee policies necessary for effective and efficient sales operations. - Maintain effective business relationships with all clients. - Prepare billing and verifying all costs. - Keep the Management informed on market information. - Undertake any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements: - Experience with Vessel and Terminal Operation. - Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. - Comfortable conversing in Chinese (speaking and texting) is an advantage. - Demonstrates a professional, ownership-taking, proactive, and mature demeanor. - Develops and maintains excellent service to internal and external customers. - Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work under tight schedules and pressure. - Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills. - Works in a result-oriented and collaborative environment. - A team player and self-motivated individual. - Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to provide exceptional service. - Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
